Q. What are your products made of?
A. Our handmade decorative throw pillows are made from high-quality fabrics such as cotton, linen, and blends. We carefully select materials that are durable, soft, and stylish.

A. All our products are handcrafted with love in our studio, located in Istanbul.

Product Information
Q. How are your pillows manufactured
A. Every single product that you see is 100% handmade to the last stich. Every product goes through an extensive quality check procedure before its shipped out to you.
Q. Are your pillows and other products machine washable?
A. This fully depends on the fabric that was used in the product. We generally recommend to either wash the pillows with a soapy cloath or bring to a dry-cleaner to not damage the fabric. To be on the safe side, yon can always read whether a product is machine wasahble by reading through its product description.
Q. Do your pillow covers come with the pillows?
A. We only produce pillow covers but we will in near future also offer the option to purchase the pillow aswell.
Q. Are the colors of the products exactly as shown in the pictures
A: We strive to accurately represent the colors of our products in the photos. However, please note that due to our products being 100% handmade, textile colors and actual product sizes may vary slightly from the images shown.
Shipping and Delivery
Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We ship worldwide. Please be aware that deliveries outside the EU can take 2-4 business days longer.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. We offer a fixed fee shipping to Europe. For orders outside Europe, shipping costs vary based on the destination and the weight of the package. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days within the EU. Orders outside the EU might take 2-4 business days longer.
Returns and Exchanges
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us at info@artnegoistanbul.com to initiate a return.

A. To return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@artnegoistabul.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please be aware that ArtNego Istanbul does not pay for the return shipment unless the reason for the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Q. How long does it take to process a refund?
A. You will receive your refund within 10 business days.

A: Yes, to place a custom order, please contact us at info@artnegoistanbul.com. Provide us with details about your desired design, size, and material preferences, and we will work with you to create your perfect item. Please note that we only do custom order for orders above 50 pieces.
